Just when you feel you are too fat enough to put down your weight and go for Fitness center to slim your body back to shape have you ever think of just leaving your tummy to get bigger and bigger till you can't fit in a size 40' pants? In Malaysia itself many fitness centers have been established around the city to attract young working adult whom they keen on the so call health living which somehow have make Fitness Center become a place where friends gather and have some relaxation as well gossiping. Recently Manager@Work a special pull out every month by The Edge Malaysia have done some research on this issues on Fitness Fever.

It you have a copy of Manager@Work you could see that Clark Hatch is the leading in terms of outlets, where Clark Hatch have 12 outlets while Fitness First 11, True Fitness 6, and California Fitness 3. The question is does this fitness center worth to be pay for? Below is some info about the pricing that helps us to know which is worth joining.

* Clark Hatch is charging a member fees from RM115 to RM160 depending on membership type and duration.

* Fitness first membership start from RM159 to RM175 depending on membership type

* California Fitness from RM130 to RM170 with a minimum commitment of 12 months

* True Fitness from RM165 upward depending on membership.

Now this is what I call promotion with RM100 to RM200 you can get yourself slim like the idols that you wanna be is this worth? Mainly I would suggest Calrk Hatch as is simply international and somehow with the on going promotion is worth a try beside that is only have 10,000 members so is lesser people in 12 outlets they have why not be the pioneer so you could enjoy a better deals while you can and is almost the same like others, but if you just want to test out you could have it at true fitness where if you visit them they give you a 7 days trial but is really wierd they always hand theirs banner written " Last 2 days" but every time I pass by the promotion is still "Last 2 days" Why? So Clark Hatch should be the choice.

My life is done - LeNiah'98

It's been almost 1o years since LeNiah left , a friend whom I know during my primary school days. It been almost sometimes back when I really miss her deeply, but as time passed by this 10 years without her by my side has been a hard one. Today have been a moment of silent while I was cleaning my room coincidentally, a slip of paper fell off to the ground while I was carrying a pile of books, in fact it was not a paper but an envelope which contains letter in it. I sat down and forcefully open the envelope as it's seal with some strong glue. My mind was wandering what letter could it be? As I open it I knew it was from LeNiah as I can still recognize her handwriting. It was something which I was searching for when she left as she told me about the "Last Letter", but at that time I didn't even think of it as I would want to spend her very last moment at her side.

As I read the letter, I fell to tears...

When LeNiah left , she told me that her life is done, I asked her what do you mean by that? She didn't answer me and I was left unanswer. Today I know what she meant by " My life is done." In fact is not something about her passing away neither also of what she have done in her very life. It was today I notice something that I never knew about at all of how she made her life....? LeNiah thanks....

Why Dalai Lama?

The recent Tibet crisis have involve several country as well as personality, but what make it more worst is that His Holiness The Dalai Lama was frame for been the culprit of the whole crisis. The whole China government have ignored His Holiness The Dalai Lama urgent meeting as they fear that His Holiness The Dalai Lama would request China to "FREE TIBET" as if His Holiness The Dalai Lama were to request China government to "FREE TIBET" they must instantly do it. But His Holiness The Dalai Lama is now been pressure by Tibetan and world community that don't understand the current situation in Tibet and China. Many of us associates Tibetan protestors with His Holiness The Dalai Lama which is so unfair for His Holiness, in fact the question now is all about the China government not His Holiness The Dalai Lama. Why His Holiness The Dalai Lama has to be pressure in this way? Although along this while His Holiness The Dalai Lama is the leader of the Tibet but this doesn't mean he will need to bear this himself as His main job is to protect the Buddha, Dharmma, Shangha.

My advise for all protester please before you do any protest against the Chinese Government please think for His Holiness The Dalai Lama. For the China government please don't avoid because if China government is thinking to avoid meeting with His Holiness The Dalai Lama, things will get even worst than this. Hu Jintao, if you are great please see His Holiness The Dalai Lama and seek wisdom from Him.

Meeting the weekend

My recent weekend was real busy with meeting up with Hong Yee, having a crabby dinner with uncle tom and aunty helen, down to meeting up with Yenny Scillia a good friend from Indonesia, tired but yet happy to meet them again.
In fact when I was having lunch with Hong Yee at Nyonya Color, we met jeff an old buddy which just left THE EDGE for God Sake. The whole conversation with Hong Yee is indeed nice and easy as he is a humble man and what make me more relief is that he have also agree to assist KD to do some write-up for the presentation kit. Later in the evening I join my parent for a dinner at Fatty Crab with uncle tom and aunty helen, which use to be my father sifu. Meeting them is like having my grandparent alive back and I feel damm good about it. The dinner ended with a goodbye hug and kiss from aunty helen and uncle tom. After a long saturday, sunday was another beautiful moment of meeting up with Yenny Scillia, I only recall her slapping my hand when she get excited... about particular topic we talk about. Although she was so late, but I am happy that she could be able to make it. Mun Meng join in at 3 and we talked lots from "How are you " to "updates on others" to " "Sex topics" as we always do. We didn't even notice if was already 7pm as we have our 2nd dose of coffee and hot choc. Some said saying bye bye is the hardest but I guess is like a new begining of a commitment to meet again, we hugged for a moment and there goes a beautiful moment that we spend at starbucks....till we meet again.....

Kechara Soup Kitchen a community action group that promote that "Hunger Knows No Barriers" have been around the KL streets every saturday to provide food to the needs ones. In Malaysia itself the raising cases of poverty is growing as the standard and cost of living is over the expect. Every Saturday, come rain or shine, a group of volunteers from KSK gather to distribute food and offer first aid to the homeless.

In fact my visit to this roadshow was a blessing and been able to donate to such an energetic organization that feature lots about compassion is indeed a happy things I have done for the day. Beside football star like Stan Collymore, ex-Liverpool and England International, appeared at KSK's booth to give his fullest support to KSK.

Jefferson Teoh or Teoh Chin Siew, a sytlish handsome looking young working adult which is always looking for a tall like model type girl to be his other half have finally make a statement that he will resign from the edge. After months of below the tunnel, my dear friend Jefferson Teoh, is ready to go. Although this few months he been in a up and down situation, and I understood that is rather hard for him but probally he have learn something here. As what I can see March is a changing point as indicate by him, can it be casie lok that make his life change? I think I will miss him for being "Mr Coke Man" as he always supply me with coke. Although sometimes I feel frus about it, but to be real, is good to have someone to buy you a can of coke while you killing yourself with a piece of cover story layout. Infact he is a nice guy but a little exicted when you dicuss some XXX stories with him, but he not like a sex maniac but indeed a nice friend to be with, more better if you are a female with a pretty looking face. (Just Joking) . As time make right decision for him. And last but not least please , please if you getting marry with Mrs Teoh do invite us. okay.....Take Care

Yesterday I been asked if I will consider about going back to Christ cradle arm. My replay was direct "I dunno but I am happy what I have now" in fact that night I was trigger with lots of questions and doubts. As the sun rises, while I was doing my prayer and meditation my focus was basically about Guru Devotion and rinpoche. The question which I want to clarify was all about why did I answer "I dunno but I am happy what I have now", is it because I have doubts with my ability to carry on the search for enlightenment or my doubts for rinpoche still arose. But at the very end of Ganden Lhagyama I went deep into the flow of the Gelugpa Linege tree as where Lama Tsongkhapa reside in the center and all dissolve into Lama Tsongkhapa is hard to explain it unless you experience it, but my main point is that everything in this world comes from somewhere and yet we choose to ignore it because we are a fear that it will trouble us in the present or future. But today I notice that the doubts within myself have arise quietly, sense of lazy, tired, unhappy, frus, and etc all this is the roots of my past Karma that eventually have make what I am today. In fact the doubts I have are now dissolve into a solutions that provide me with stronger faith in Rinpoche, and determination to live this life better and seek the middle path. At the end, my refuge will only be the three jewels.
